Going to bed on time.
Having balance. 

None of that seems cool or fun or flashy— but it’s what works. Every single time.

We tend to think if something feels routine or dull, it must not be working. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. The “boring” stuff is what creates consistency — and consistency is what changes everything.

So if your days feel repetitive right now, take it as a sign you’re doing the right things. You’re building habits that don’t rely on motivation — they just are part of who you are.

Boring is effective.

Boring keeps you grounded.
