Stress-Everyone’s got it!

And if they don't, they're lying....

Because life doesn’t slow down, not even for a second. 

Some days we can see the stress coming. The packed schedule, the long workday, the after school activities, the never ending to do list, and so much more. 

But then there’s the other kind of stress. The one that gets you when you least expect it.  The schedule interruptions, tasks not completed, the bad news, the plans that fall apart. 

Here’s the thing: you can’t always control the stress, but you can control how you respond.

Take a walk.
Breathe.
Move your body.
Step outside for a few minutes.
Give yourself permission to not have it all together for a bit.

We all handle stress differently. Some days we are great at it and other days we aren't. 

You don’t need to fix everything right away. You just need to keep showing up for yourself in the middle of it.

Stress will always find us — but how we handle it determines whether it breaks us or builds us.
