Nutrition- don’t over complicate it
Nutrition is the hardest battle/hurdle to overcome when talking about health and wellness.
We tend to overthink nutrition. We chase the newest trend, count every calorie, and stress about eating perfectly.
Somewhere along the way, eating healthy started being seen as weird. Choosing water over soda or packing your lunch feels like you’re “doing something extreme,” but grabbing fast food every day is just normal.
It shouldn’t be that way. Fueling your body well is the most basic form of self-care, and it doesn’t have to be complicated or boring.
We all know the saying you can't out train a bad diet.
But
What if it doesn't have to be that complicated at all?
Nutrition can and should be enjoyable.
Eat whole foods.
Color your plate.
Try new recipes.
Season your food.
Try new ways of preparing it.
Make stuff you actually look forward to.
Enjoy the treat.
Don't subtract. Add.

Eating healthy isn’t punishment or a chore. It's a choice. The choice that fuels you, makes you feel good, gives you balance, provides energy and nutrients, and helps keep you a strong human.
